Assembly Capability :
The optical assemblies and systems are very carefully assembled under a Class 100 Laminar flow environment. Unique alignment instruments and techniques have been developed and used to achieve the optimum performance of these assemblies. This allows the assembler to precisely position and align each lens element into its designed mounting location to accuracies of<0.00005 inches.

Assembly Method :
Optical Gluing：
The optical gluing could reduce the surface reflection loss to 0.1% and has little impacts on the optical system. As the compensation of the rubber, the optics’ surface accuracy could also be appropriately reduced.
● Improving the image quality: the achromatic lens is glued with the positive and negative lens that in different materials
● Reduce the reflected light loss

Optical Conecting：
In general, when R=10-10m , that is the distance between two gluing surface is in the range from 0.0010μm to-0.0001μm, the force will show as gravity. Actually, if  the Power Value of two gluing surface differs 1 or 2 aperture, the optical connecting is allowed. Because the molecular attraction does not work on the whole gluing surface but between wave crests and wave valleys.
